At Living Under One Sun, Paul has kept us all busy on the community allotment,
- building
- clearing
- composting (we're finally learning how to do this effectively)
- hard landscaping and design
- mulching
- weeding
Snow, rain, and frost played their parts, we carried out the necessary work regardless. A big thank you to everyone who refused to be daunted by the weather.
Welcome to Spring
Some land and soil preparation work is still ongoing.
The focus has, however, now switched to seed sowing in trays - in readiness for planting outside as the weather becomes warmer...
You are welcome to join us on Thursdays, 10:30 am - 2:30 p.m (regular weekday work)
Sunday, 6th March 2011 - Melissa's Medicinal Herbs students from West Green Learning Centre will be transplanting some medicinal herbs and making tincture of cleavers at Living Under One Sun Community Allotment.
