Thank you for helping Living under One Sun in 2011. With your help the soil quality has improved on some of the plant beds.
The 2011 beetroot crop planted by Michael in the plant bed (which you helped prepare), was our best crop ever.
Michael is holding some of the beetroots in the video (below).
Squash
The Kuri squash, planted in the hazel tree plant bed (as you suggested) did their growing best. The biggest of the kuri squash (peeled and cut into chunks) was added to a pot of carrots, lentils and onions to make a soup for the food growing communities who attended the Growing In Haringey Seed Swap on the 12th Feb. 2012.

Wildflowers
The wildflowers you chose were planted mainly by Marian. I planted some selfheal (much needed, for my sister, for myself and for Keith) - a wonderfully healing therapy.
